By accessing or using OmniAtlas ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OmniAtlas is an online learning platform offering subject guides, practice questions, and quizzes on engineering topics. Some content requires a paid Pro subscription.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service, or attempt to circumvent access controls. Automated access requires prior written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including subject guides, questions, and quizzes — is owned by OmniAtlas or its content contributors and is protected by copyright. Your account data belongs to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any content is error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniAtlas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
