Auditing a Weak Case-Study Draft Against the Problem/Process/Decisions/Outcome Structure

A candidate's draft case-study script reads:

"The client wanted a redesign of their onboarding. I did user interviews, created personas, made journey maps, did wireframes, then high-fidelity mockups, then a prototype, then usability testing. Here's the final onboarding flow I designed. It was well received by the team."

  1. Identify which of the four sections (Problem, Process, Decisions and Tradeoffs, Outcome) are present, which are weak, and which are missing entirely.
  2. Rewrite the Problem statement to be strong, inventing plausible specific evidence.
  3. Rewrite one sentence to add a real Decisions and Tradeoffs moment — a specific choice, a rejected alternative, and the reasoning.
  4. Rewrite the Outcome statement to replace "well received by the team" with something stronger.
